If he's so keen on ending it, he should just pull an Evangelion and make the whole thing "inside" Kei's mind and get it done already.

FINALLY!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, I Like Gantz and I consider it a GREAT manga above all the stupid shounen manga out there.... However, this has gone too long and like anything else eventually people lose interest in it. I'm hoping for a conclusive end (not open-ended or anything stupid). |

I'm amazed it is still going. The Anime adaptation came out, what, 2004? Everybody hates on the show for being slow paced (and quite rightly), but I didn't think the Manga was the same.

I put down the manga at 300 and was waiting to get some more translated before pushing forward. Might wait till the end now.
There has to be an end some time, and the story has gotten very muddled and confusing on some points. Hopefully we get a proper ending, the one in the anime was bad and I am still on the fence at the live action one. |

LOL, I know that.... But Seinen and shounen are very similar (in story structure anyways). It's basically a guy fighting to save the world just like any other shounen, what makes it Seinen is the MATURE content. But even if it wasn't so violent it still beats the crappy shounen titles... |

About time, the pacing was damn slow during 2011 (just rescuing, scream "Taechan!" for chapters)

Gantz is such a mess. I don't think it's any better or worse than the "crappy shounen". I think titles like Zetman comes closer to contending with the likes of the "Big 3".
