I love these commercials, but it pisses me off so much that they're releasing this on a Sunday. Why not do it on a Friday or some other day the mail runs so that I could've done Day Of Release shipping? Besides, last time I checked, people go to work or school on Mondays, so they only have one full day to play. Releasing a game on any day other than a Friday or Saturday makes no sense to me.

Don't they usually release games on Tuesdays?
COD:MW3 sold 9 million copies just last Tuesday.

Yeah... they always seem to release games on Tuesdays.
Batman Arkham City, Battlefield 3, and Modern Warfare 3 where all released on Tuesdays. And tomorrow, which is also a Tuesday, is the launch of both Halo CE: Anniversary and Assassin's Creed Revelations.
Zelda seems to be the odd one out but I'm not really complaining because I don't have class til 2:00pm on Monday.

Nintendo has a thing for Sunday releases, I'm pretty sure the Pokemon games always come out on Sundays as well.

They do, and it's just as dumb as releasing a game on a Sunday because while you can fake sick on Tuesday, is it worth it to get in just a day of gaming and then have to lug yourself to work the next day and have the weekend be 3 days away? Release games of Fridays and allow people to have up to 3 days ("sick" on Friday) to play themselves into a coma. I just hope Amazon ships this out
Saturday afternoon so I can get it by at least Monday.

I heard it is because they are trying to match up the N/A release date with Japanese release day. Japan Sunday is a holiday. What sucks over here is stores aren't open until 12 pm 0_o by law.

LOL. To be young and actually care about gaming like this. Those "sick" days sure bring back memories.
I won't be playing this game until next year, when the Wii U comes out and the price gets dropped to help sell it. From what I've seen of it so far, it's not looking like a title I'm excited for.
I wish they'd bring Wind Waker to the Wii, damn it.
