hi i would like to talk about the power search feature that is in the www.animenewsnetwork.com site.
i want to suggest a advance search option. i had in mind like a form which will help you find an anime to a specific genre/year/name etc. cause i really like mecha (robot) anime's, it is hard for me to seach for it, cause the power search doesnt have a option that will look for genre with mecha. and it is really tiring to go look through alot of anime. so if there was a search option like that, it will be easy so it will look up all the anime with the word mecha in it, and display them all at once. just like the year, have a form that will display a year(range) etc 1996-2000. so the search is much easier and cause it also look for anime with the year within that range. i hope this post will help the admins decide whether to apply this advance search or not. thank you =] |
