Spiral manga to be published by Yen Press

I happened upon an article dated from late last month (marked "2/24/2007") which stated that a new manga publishing company, Yen Press, has acquired several promising titles from Square Enix and other companies, among the licenses was Spiral: Lines of Reasoning, previously held by Tokyopop. (I also confirmed this via another independent site: http://www.manganews.net/seriesinfo.php?id=519)

Can anyone tell me if this is old news or if it's genuine things-to-come? If so, how can you alert ANN to this so they can post it news-wise for their main page? (I've seen them gives thanks to people for the information so I was just curious)

P.S. On a personal note, I am currently grinning from ear to eye like a certified idiot. Anime catgrin Since I'm hoping for the best (i.e. that this article is legit and it means legal English volumes of Spiral will be coming out sometime soon), I’m reeeeeaaallly crossing my fingers that someone can confirm this info for me. Wow, fantastic and surprising news! A hearty round of appluse I offer to you; the emergence of a new manga company is always good news, and they've siphoned away some titles from that nasty TKP as well.

This isn't news.

It was already covered in the NYCC report a week ago.

Yen Press is a subsidiary of Hachette Book Group USA....here's their contact page.
