Pretty much agree with this review. For some reason I just didn't like the multiplayer in this game either. Tried playing it with friends but it just didn't seem all that great... Just had a lot more potential that they didn't make full use of. The game itself was great though. Ya, it was short too... but was still really fun and made great use of the Wii remote. I wouldn't rank it as high as some of the other Warioware games, but it definitely keeps the whole crazy and random feel of the game.

WarioWare for Wii is a pretty interesting game but the single player feels a little short....but lets face it the game is all about multiplayer and making your friends look like fools as they do these bizarre poses. It's definitely party game, and really one of the games that makes the Wii worth that cheap price....if you can find it.

Definately agree that Nintendo could have fleshed out the game a little more. It hurts having to pass one Wiimote around during multiplay, especially after the mutliplayer-centric Gamecube Wario, and I miss the ability to play one microgame continuously. The Wiimote would have been perfect in replicating the turtle multiplayer mode from the Gamecube version and the flashlight mode probably would have been a blast as well.
Then again, just playing the game as it is is a blast. In some way, it's almost like Ninty designed the game to be a drinking game. I regularly lug this along to parties and everybody has a blast looking like complete morons.
Not like the Wii's lacking in good party games at the moment, but hopefully Nintendo adds back some of the missing features in a future installment of the game.

Overall, a good review. There were some spelling and grammar mistakes, so maybe it would be a good idea to carefully read over what you wrote before submitting it for publishing, but besides that, I was wondering about the rental recommendation. You gave the game a B, which in my opinion is relatively high, but only recommend it for a rental? I think that if the game doesn't have the lasting appeal that it should to earn that B, then it should have dropped a letter or so.
As for the upcoming Justice for All review, you and I both know it deserves A+ in every category! No excuses!
EDIT: By the way, I thought I recognized your name, and it turns out you're from PSP Fanboy! So! Since you're from Joystiq heritage, you know Phoenix Wright deserves a perfect score!

Hmm,I really like this new feature. Video game reviews were an excellent idea, and I do like the first one.
One thing that surprised me though was the praise of the Wii remote. Maybe it's because we hae such a varied family, but I find it unwieldy. My SO is 6' 4", daughter is about 4'3", and I'm somewhere in the middle. I find it's hard to find a place to put the sensor to pick up her movements and his accurately. We often play single player games where we take turns, and we have to stop between each round to move the sensor. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, did you solve it?
Thanks for the great review. This is the next in a long line Wii renters, I guess. I'm ready for some Wii games that our family will enjoy for a while, other than just Zelda.

I got to play this last night, blew through the single player and did the multiplayer, and I can agree on the multiplayer games. The only ones my friends and I enjoyed were the alligator cut rope one and the two player marathon runner.
The game was a lot of fun though, and I liked it a lot. I don't think I'd pay $50 for it, but I look to buy it when the price is dropped on it. I think it was one of the more imaginative Wario Ware titles.

I had this over the weekend from Gamefly, and managed to do everything the game had to offer in about 2 hours. I was pretty happy I didn't drop 50 bucks on it, but it was a fun 2 hours or so.

Hey, I have that game. Yes, it's very fun to play. You can also play with your Miis as well. The WarioWare series is very good and so is this one. I give it two thumbs way up.
I wonder if there are more mini-games where you can play with your Mii.

The thing that really got to me about this game was how you needed to unlock (that's right, unlock) the multiplayer part. And after that there was only one game mode available. However, one of the multiplayer modes is incredibly fun. It involves "racing" (you play the mini games and earn points, then the points are ranked) and then, depending on your rank, you're tied to several ropes hanging over a crocodile infested swamp and then everyone takes turns cutting the ropes. The objective is to still be hanging over the crocs. I thought that was the best game because it adds some tension when you're cutting; "is this my rope I'm about to cut?" you think. Definitely the best part.
But I agree, the game's very shallow; but really good just pick up and play, or if you've got a bunch of friends over.

Curious question: For those of you that have played both, which do you think is more worth it? Raving Rabbids, or Wario Ware? I'd rather get both, but I'd probably only have the money to get one right now. ^^;
(Once I actually FIND the Wii. I've had Twilight Princess sitting around for over a month now.)
Welcome aboard Mr. Yoon. (Or, Andrew? *shrug* Mr. Game Critic Man?)

Hi, it's Andrew here. As much as I love Rayman (it's a blast), I'd pick Wario Ware. Rayman has better graphics, a much longer story, and a really great sense of humor. However, it can be frustratingly difficult, and its "multiplayer" component is even more lacking than Wario Ware's. Nothing you do will be as silly as the dancing in Wario Ware, so pick this up instead. If you can afford it, you can't go wrong with both.

This game has already become a drinking game at my house (we're all college students over the age of 21, surprisingly). This has already lead to some problems with the multi-player mode when you only use one baton....
I found the "Form" descriptions hilarious. The guy's voice was so soothing, like a hypnotist or therapist. The dancing cats and dogs were also great.
I would also agreed that the multi-player was lacking. I think the darts game was better than in Super Monkey Ball. The two player running game was fun, but the nose flying game left a lot to be desired.
I would say it is on par with the GameCube version as both utilize all the consoles' abilities. I do miss the turtle balancing multi-player mode.

It's still selling that well? I had heard rumors people were still standing in line some places but I didn't think it true.
I've gotten to the point where i play it twice a week if schoolwork premits. Wow.
