Wonder what happened to them? Is there a possibility that they will be back in the future? If not, wonder if other potential new anime film festivals and anime film distributors will likely take over LAAFF's role in showing anime films in the big screens? Hopefully LAAFF hasn't given up yet since they've been featuring anime films in a larger crowd and high quality setting,
