Oh thank god. I want this to go out on a high note and I’m already worried we won’t get a happy ending

I really, REALLY hope a S2 gets announced by the time the last manga volume gets released. There could finally be a complete 2-cour yuri anime series I can EASILY recommend to anyone..

I am glad this is a short manga. Longer manga often ruin the pace and focus of the story.
Season one of the anime adapted up to volume 5 of the manga. A 2 hours movie might suffice to adapt the rest of the story. I also hope more anime is made of this terrific story. |

For S2 troyca could adapt the rest of manga and light novel about Sayaka, actually. It would fit in 12 episodes perfectly IMHO.

I am rather surprised that so many people are not only not upset, but even glad that such excellent work will end soon. However, in what I can also agree with them, I would rather prefer a complete romantic story and two seasons of amazing anime than the banal transformation of excellent work into a cash cow.
Even if the adaptation was a traditional advertising of the manga before its completion, it was still an interesting experience. |
