An idol girl and her fan girl. This sounds interesting.

Though Ms Jennifer Sherman translated the word 'oshi' as 'fan', actually, in this case, the argot word 'oshi' means 'The idol (in an idol group) whom a fan is most devoted to'. See this example. The person who is an idol otaku and wrote the article said, 'My oshi is Kizaki Yuria of AKB48.' http://yraytkm.hatenadiary.jp/entry/2017/09/30/131855 In fact, in a scene in Volume 1 of the manga Oshi ga Budōkan Ittekuretara Shinu, the protagonist Eri, who is a big fan of idol Ichii Maina, said, 'If Maina goes to Budōkan, I can die.' So actually, the meaning of title of the manga is 'If my favourite idol goes to Budōkan, I will die,' or something along those lines. |

Now I recognize that artist. That person also did Manga no Tsukurikata which I heard the supposed "yuri" frustratingly amounted to nothing.

I'm not sure what to say about this. There's no English translation around for the first chapter that I could find except in a language that I could't read, and by checking some raws that was available, the artwork isn't exactly beautiful to look at either for me. There's some otaku stereotypes going around following the idols, which is not comforting. Guess gotta wait for a few more months before an English upload should be online, if there's any interested parties.
