So, slowly carefully backing away from the position that got the Production Committee, the Studio, the Director and the Fans cross-ways of each other. Hopefully a way will be found to settle the issues and allow the original production team to move forward. It helps when a somewhat cooler head gets involved.

And now we come to the real historical moment, where big suits ADMIT their mistake and speak on the same level with the small studio that produced only shorts.
The national-level ANGER of fanbase is really something, isn't it?

So it wasn't just claims about production approval but also whether Tatsuki would be involved in future Kemono Friends projects.

It'd not just idols that need to tread lightly these days, even a big company should not make any rash moves or they'll feel the wrath of the Otaku (and everyone else for the matter).

A little early for "hurrahs" but that sounded close to an apology. Hoping that Tatsuki/Yaoyozoru will be brought back in...

Kemono Friends is a friendly series.
Just not the people behind it.

This feels like a step in the right direction. Lets figure this out. By which I mean, get the original team back, of course. lol
It feels a little bad that the only solution that will work for me is bringing them back on to the production, but, eh, that's the only thing that'll actually have a positive impact on me as a consumer, I suppose.

Yeah, I'm really surprised. I expected their blood, not their humbleness.
Still, it would be grand if all goes well.

Very refreshing that the CEO of Kadokawa had owned up to the company's huge mistake. Now to hope that he'll try rehiring Tatsuki/Yaoyorozu back...despite that the odds still aren't that great...
