Nintendo on the other hand surely will. N.O.P.D. or the city is just waiting on that so they can look like the good guys wanting to keep it

I love how someone did it overnight in complete secret.
If the blue collar from the city would have been tasked with the job I bet it would have taken a week, would have forced the entire park close during that time and cost over 50K$.

This statue of Pikachu looks awesome!
Hopefully people have cameras to take photos of it while passing by. It could one day be gone without notice.
