I hope he enjoys the matches. I'm also glad he left Crapcom, that place now is toxic for innovation with their DLC, mobile emphasis, franchise killing games (BoF 6 anyone), and how they are treating NA and EU Monster Hunter players, IP locking services really as if segregated servers weren't enough of a crapfest. He should go over to Comcept with Inafune and work on some games with him. it's also a sign that niche devs, smaller devs, and Indie studios are the future of gaming development.

Apart from maybe Namco Bandai the other big Japanese developers like SEGA, Capcom and Konami are a shocking shadow of there former selfs. It looks like a trend that's set to continue.
