The BD probably won't be out for awhile but I'm somewhat looking forward to this film. I wasn't a fan of Tamako Market though but I am interested in seeing what developments will occur this time around.

I really enjoyed the beginning of the series, but I think it took a turn for the worst when they started focusing more on Dera and the shopkeepers rather than Tamako herself. The ep with Tamako's father's backstory and his romance with Tamako's mother was my favorite of the show. So I'm super stoked to see this movie with all the romance going on

Geez, why couldn't the original series have been like this? Sigh. Anyway, super stocked for this and I know it's it'll be a while before the BD is out but the trailers so far have been awesome.

Get show, like some other kyoani shows, was fun to watch but it ended there.
I'm glad the shows shortcomings seem to be addressed here. I'm actually wrote interested in this. And I know KyoAni tends to be fanservice free (aside from free).
I'll wait for the bd, our DVD.

I'm looking forward to this - though I must say I wasn't impressed with the stupid moe-clumsy head bonk. But I can forgive that if they actually use the good parts of Tamako Market to create an interesting and enjoyable story. Because, to be honest, the original was pretty damn poor as a series.
Less moe, more feels plx Kyoani - and I'll enjoy this movie xD

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like I just saw the entire movie.

I just finished Tamako Market two weeks ago, and I really enjoyed it. Sure it was light, fluffy, cute, and moe, but that isn't a problem most of the time. So I'm really looking forward to this movie but it will be forever until it comes out on Blu-Ray/DVD. I cany even find spoilers about it...

I didn't really like Tamako Market all that much. It seemed like a mess of a show... But the characters were fantastic though. Seemed really more like a prequel to this movie.
What really hooked me into the show was Tamako and Mochizou, aside from Tamako's fantastic friends and family. So finally going to see a side of Tamako in this movie excites me. It had always been a one-sided and somewhat fruitless crush, unfortunately for Mochizou. So how does Tamako feel? I've always wondered. I was actually pretty surprised when KyoAni said there was a movie called "Tamako Love Story" I was like "WOULD IT FINALLY BE KNOWN??!!" was my first reaction. So the more I see of this movie the more excited I become!

^^^ true. It does look good though, I'm very much looking forward to hopefully another trailer. I know its only the trailer but I like how natural the characters feel, I hope this feeds through to the main product.

I'd imagine the main K-ON! staff figured they need to concentrate one aspect of Tamako Market and create a concrete story around it unlike the TV series where they really went all over the place. In a way I can see why they did the latter since it could invoke the viewers to feel like they're a visitor of this heartwarming shopping district and wants to visit every store and meet lots of peeps.
