Uh this is pretty wrong. Gintoki was not ranked for this poll. This poll was to determine which character would make the cover of Jump WITH Gintoki. The 15th character is Kintoki, Gintoki's "replacement" in an arc.

yes, exactly as ankirendan said. the 15th is Kintoki, with a K, not a G. He's a totally different character. Gintoki isn't counted in this.

Yeah, i don't know how they got this wrong. You can clearly see in the picture that character with 875 votes is not Gintoki..

That's KINTOKI Sakata, not GINTOKI. Sorry everybody. The MC got confused for the in-series rip-off. Still, for the uninitiated, an acceptable mistake to make.
