What is the titile? (cat, lady, metro)

Hello,

I watched about year ago short anime movie, it was very nice.. About 4-6 minutes long.

There was room, there was cat, the cat was narrator (but it wasnt showed he speaks anything), colors where rather silver - light brown, the cat was saying about lonlyness, his tutoress was going everyday to her work, and he stayed in the house. The last scene was in the metro, it was something like this.
"After all... You... me... this world..." Audio was in japanese, subtitles in english.

I can't recall the name of it. Could You help me?
