I've heard alittle Dream Theater here and there and am fairly impressed with their music. I've been meaning to check them out some more, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm very interested in seeing this video though.

ANN will present a preview, huh? I was surprised they would even know who DT was. Wait, it's just because it's anime. Nevermind. Anyway, I've known about this for a week or something now, but forgot about it. I'm looking forward to seeing it. Awaken was my favorite track off the album.

I've seen Dream Theater in concert eleven times now and have been a long time fan. They had animated (non-anime) clips playing in the background during both the Octavarium and their current tour. In them the band is represented as SD versions fighting monsters.
Forsaken is a dark song so I can imagine a more "Madhouse" look going with the song. Dream Theater is fairly popular in Japan. They tour there often and am not surprised about this announcement. The linked article doesn't state any specifics about studios involved though. |
