I'm a new member, My name is Mario. I'm looking for the anime Hello Sandybelle in french (a.k.a Sandy Jonquille), I have been lookng for this anime for bout 3 years now, and all my leads have come up to finding it in arabic, and in italian. I have looked on the web and found that in Romania anime fans are wanting to see more of this series.
I can't find it on Ebay or Amazon. I personally called Toei animation ltd in Ca, and it needs to go throught producttion and they want a high demand for the series. They said that it is posted on their web site for ordering, but every time I try to order it, the page either locks up or is under construction.

What am I supposed to do now? Rolling Eyes

I'm not going to be much help. I did check the Right Stuf International web site and unfortunately there was nothing listed.

I noticed in your post that you mentioned the French title. Do you speak French? If so, maybe you could look for a company in Quebec or in France itself.

Good luck! I hope that you finally get it!

When Toei said they want "high demand" that's just the laymens term translation for the corporate lingo that means, unless they feel that enough people (i.e. alot) are going to show interest in the series and buy the DVD's, they aren't going to bother releasing it or even producing it. Ever.

They are a big company and I've had similar issues with them when contacting them via Animeigo. Actually, I am quite impressed that you went that far in calling them yourself.

So, by any chance would you be willing to watch the show in English?
