I thought this had to do with Jubilee from X-Men. Hearing that it was called "Miracle Hime Jubilee" brought a huge smile to my face at how Japanified it was... then I realized I was mistaken.

Akamatsu announced on Friday afternoon that J-Comi had to suspend the release of the manga "due to circumstances," but J-Comi will try to bring it back quickly. In the meantime, the site will distribute its first light novel Friday evening.
