Are there any deleted scenes on the Blu-Ray where characters who aren't Shinji are allowed to matter?

Pfffffffffff, nonsense! I thought it was pretty good. Loved the completely alternate way Anno's taken the new movies in, can't wait for the 4th and final film now

Right? So what it was completely out of the left field, Anno takes your money all the same!

Its EVA. Doesn't matter if the films are good or bad, those crazy OTAKU will eat these up like a fat boy eats cup cakes!
Just a shame on the wait for Western releases of these films.
You'd think due to the international scale of the franchise, a company like FUNimation would have had this licensed, dubbed, and ready to go out the door shortly after the Japanese BD release.
Instead, we sit and wait...probably until sometime next year...

How many non-Japanese fans who are complaining about it paid anything?

If USians payed JP prices for DVDs and BDs, we'd see a much faster release. But we don't so we don't.

Japanese otaku supposedly hated Evengalion 3.33, and it sells 350k+ copies. Just imagine if the movie had been well received, will it have sold a million?
I agree, it would be nice if FUNi released the movies shortly after the Japanese release. The thing is that they probably would have to release them at a higher price point due to reverse importation fears.

Well deserved. The movie single handily brought back all the mystery and mysticism that was missing from the first two movies.
People are debating Eva all over again, like it was 1996.

totally agree with you on that, im hoping 4.0 answers somethings but at the very end gives more questions than answers..... nothing should be definitive in many aspects of eva.

Me: How the hell are the sales of this series the same after so many years?
Anno: It's the Curse of EVA.
