And only 3 year to get it out and it would be sweet if it was released in a metal case like the first 2

So let's see...
According to my voice actor knowledge, Tabitha St. Germain, Cathy Weseluck, Shannon Chan-Kent, Maryke Hendrikse, and Trevor Devall all appear in the dub and all have roles in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
It may be just me, but I'm sensing a disconnect.

Can't wait to get my hands on this baby, and glad Funi got the original cast back. Tabitha makes such a great killer maid!

Best anime news ever.
Well, best anime news in the past day for me anyway.
Ok, check that. Best news in the past couple of hours. Read about the release of Porco Rosso on Blu Ray earlier today.

Must've been tough getting more than a few seconds of trailer without Revy swearing her ass off.

As I've said before, this is great news. Though I wish the same could've been the case for Shakugan no Shana.

It's because both are recorded in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Nearly every current Vancouver VA has had a role in My Little Pony, so it's only expected to see several turn up in Black Lagoon.

You can blame the Geneon merger for that.

If only. Now it's gonna completely clash with my current Black Lagoon sets.

Wonderful news. Black Lagoon is one of Ocean's best dubs and it's fantastic that FUNi is keeping their cast for the OVA

Wow, I honestly wasn't expecting them to get the original cast seeing as they are a Canadian studio. This is delightfully surprising

Yeah I was surprised by this also. Funimation was able to get Ocean Group to do the dub, yet they couldn't get Ocean to reprise their role for Shakugan No Shana season 2 and OVAs.

I would imagine that Roberta's blood trail, an OVA series would be a lot cheaper to have Ocean dub than the two full season tv series, movie and the ovas that shana constitutes.

Not to mention that Shana doesn't have the following to make it worthwhile venture.
