I know that ADV did happen to license UFO Princess Walküre 1st season back May of last year, and I know that some of their other licenses from that time are already on DVD, and I also noticed that UFO Princess Walküre is being aired on the AnimeNetwork.
Do you supposed ADV licensed this just to air on it the AnimeNetwork? If I say NO ...some fan boy will beat me 
(Now mind you I'm just speculating) I think that ADV had an influx of capital for 2004 , with the launch of TAN, as well as a sluggish economy for Japan resulting in a virtual fire sale of Anime properties that where gobbled up by ADV. That being said.....I'm not an Anime expert or a financial expert...but I did stay at a Holliday Inn sometime in my lifetime

In other words they have more projects to work on than they can take care of right now and are playing catch up. Odds are they are working on it right now - but are doing them in the order of the most to least profitable.
