Some of you may have already found your dream guy or girl (lucky you). For the rest of us we can only dream. However, if you could pick anybody in any manga you have ever read to be you dream guy or girl, who would it be and why?
Mine would have to be Wanibuchi from Beauty is the Beast. He is always so nice to Eimi, and he is so funny. Even though he has the "tough guy appearance" he is really nice to anybody who would talk to him. Also, the way he is protrayed in the story makes him really interesting to me. Lastly, he can make the best out of any situation (especially in the first book when they go to the festival).
So there is my dream guy, which character would be yours?

lol, yeah, Kari/Kailey is on my list too. That boy at times just seemed a bit too perfect to be true.
Give me Tenmo Kouro of Love Monster, or Loki of The Mythical Detective Loki. I love a guy with confidence, intelligence, a great sense of humor, mischivious with a killer smirk, and slightly perverted.

I normally hate these posts because there I've never really thought about anime characters in that way...
My dream girl would be Chi from Chobits. She is a "woman" who doesn't talk back, does everything she is told, is really hot, can cook (atleast the last half of the series), she works and buys stuff for her man, and did I mention she is gorgeous... hahaha I'm sure glad my girlfriend doesn't like anime so there is no way she would actually find out I wrote this.

True story: One time in High School-age Sunday School, our youth leader had this activity where she seperated the boys and the girls, gave them a white board, and told them to list all the qualities they would look for in a possibly boyfriend/girlfriend. We guys came up with a pretty decent list. After that, she told us to pare down the list to say what qualities we wanted in a future husband/wife. Both sides got about fifty items on the first list (averaged, the girls probably got seventy-five and we probably got twenty-five, but there were donuts, so we were distracted). After the cut, the girls still had about fourty items. The guys, on the other hand, had pared it down to one item [swear to God, this is verbatim]: "Good Sandwitches." The only thing these fifteen youth looked for in a future life-mate was the innate ability to make a good sandwitch. Isn't that all what we want?
As I was part of that group, I'd need a woman who could cook. Hmm...ah! Tohru Honda from Fruits Basket. If she could keep three grown men properly fed, then she should have no trouble with a man the size of three grown men. (Think Harry Knowles ate Jorge Garcia, who ate Kevin Smith: that's me)

a "perfect" guy or girl? They don't exist, not even in manga.

The funny thing is you can hate certain character in series that you like, but it seems like you can't like certain characters in series that you hate.

I am sorry you feel that way, but you never know what will happen in the future... Right?

Brokeback Hellsing.... if Alexander and Incognito get in the mix, it would make a good "hentai".

With what Darkhunter said:

When you like a series, you are always quick to point out the things or characters you like and you normally think about things that you don't like later on. When you find a series that you hate, you are not as willing to find something you like within the series, you are more ready to point out things you don't like. Also, with a series you don't like, you are usually already have a "resistence" to series un-intensually (sorry can't spell right now). Even though you might try to "make yourself enjoy the series" you can not really get into it because you have a "grudge" against it (if that is what you would call it). That has happend to me, there are just some series I can't stand and can't even find a character that I like.
