I love how 999 is compared to Saw, when all I think of is Battle Royale...

It IS a horrible review, specially the one about the Hokuto no Ken video game.
Man, you never saw that series, not even the movies, right? if you can't understand Hokuto no Ken's plot and symbolisms, then you don't like anime at all, dude... come on!! trust me, watch it, the new movies at least, you'll see, it's not macho bulls**it like you said, women are highly respected, they fight just like the guys and they go through harder situations than the guys. Fist of the north star rules! |

Assuming you don't mean the quality of the review Itself, then watch this one. It's much worse. http://www.gametrailers.com/video/review-hd-fist-of-the/707257 |

Dynasty Warriors, a style of games that is boring and tedious. Plus Fist of the North Star is an insane sausage fest

I can't tell whether some of the posts above mine are parodies or people legitimately making no sense
I'm a huge Harvest Moon nut so I really want to buy Rune Factory games, but they keep disappearing from shops the second they come out (another recent case of this was Fragile Dreams on the Wii) and I no longer have the means to shop online. It's nice to see that after 9 3D Sonic games, Sega has finally managed to make a good one. Well done guys! |

Makes it sound like Trouble Witches is by SNK, instead of just published by them.
By Studio SiestA same as the other two versions. It's also a conversion not a port; there's a new game mode, more charcters and new graphics. Ports are identical to the original, just emulations. |

After looking at Vaan's Dissidia artwork, it's kind of interesting that it looks like his sword wielding arm is larger than the other. Personally I would've preferred Basch, but at least there's the next characters from X, IX, VIII and VI to look forward to.
As for the Fist of the North Star game, anyone else getting God Hand vibes from it? Not plot-wise or anything, but the reviews and enjoyment factors. |

Me too! I used to name them after people I didn't like and hit F12 on a bad day. (Perhaps I've now shared too much. ) I also finished Humans. Anyone else play that? |

I never got the Vaan hate, he at least contributed to the story, which is more than I could say for Penelo (who interacted with Larsa, and........?). Heck, even though people say Basch is the 2nd main character, I have trouble buying that, it seems like in the 2nd half of the game Basch isn't important and doesn't talk too much, and the climax suddenly goes, "oh yeah, Basch is important, guess we better get to his story again!" In terms of character importance/significant dialogue, I'd say it goes: Ashe, Balthier, Vaan, Basch/Fran, and Penelo. Of course, that was just my impression.
But yeah, I don't mind Vaan being picked, even though I'd prefer Ashe or Balthier. |

Lemmings was one of the first games I ever played, and to this day it is damn awesome. And that ain't just nostalgia talking either, I can still go back to it and play it for hours on end, as opposed to MANY other games I had fond memories of until I went back and replayed them, and was honestly sad that I could have enjoyed such garbage Lemmings reminds me of a time when games used to be about being fun...
Oh, and Fist of the North Star is awesome, and it DOES have complex and rewarding plot compared to most of what comes out these days. And as for Ken's Rage, I had it pre-ordered since it was announced and have not regretted that decision. At first I was concerned cause if you play one Dynasty Warriors game you have effectively played them all, but I realized from the beginning that Fist of the North Star was a perfect fit for the Dynasty Warriors system. Think about it, practically every episode of the anime/manga has Kenshiro punching hordes of minions until they explode, and then doing the same to a boss. Does it get repetative? Probably will eventually, but I have had the game a week and still laugh maniacally when I 1-hit kill a miniboss and he explodes all over the screen . |

It's been several years, but I remember playing lemmings as well. Hard game, but very fun. It's an older game, but it's still very enjoyable. |

I remember playing it on one of the few computers in my middle school that ran Windows 95. I didn't know how to exit the game however, and I had been instructed never to press the Escape key without staff approval. As such, I frantically pressed every key except the one that provided the desired function. A true story, I proclaim. |

I never got the big deal with Cave shoot em ups, they've never really stood out as anything special to me going off the few I've played on Xbox in recent times, but I guess it's not exactly an overflowing genre these days, so any port in a storm I guess.
Also just read there's a Bleach game finally heading to PS3 as well, set for a big reveal at some Jump thing in Japan that's happening soon. Should be interesting to see how that turns out if it's from the makers of the Heat the Soul series, as those are usually pretty solid fighters... for licensed shovelware at least. |
