Isn't JapanFiles a US company? If so, I wonder how they are getting around the No Purchase Necessary clause that applies to most contests based in the US to prevent them from being considered gambling.

The "No Purchase Necessary" wording was mistakenly omitted. We've put it back into the rules posted on our LiveJournal.
