Nabari no Ou Precision Errors Galore

I know you guys are pretty busy but this page really could use a fix, In fact as I have said before I would love to be an encyclopedia editor so I could be able to fix this faster. I've been trying quite a while to become one and I have not gotten a response at all.

My reason for removal of the Animax dub is because it is not the official Licensed North American Dub.

First, there's no "guys" here anymore. I'm the only one remaining who is still actively fixing the non-technical aspects of the Encyclopedia.

Second, the "importance" of roles are far less "important" than the name implies. It is probably on the very bottom of my to-do list, not to mention that such importance can be very subjective. Furthermore, I don't want to give people an impression that more vocal people get their wishes granted faster. I've moved roles of Nabari no Ō according to your suggestions, but many of them still contain red error tags (see below).

Third, to fix an incomplete role name (usually given name-only), the correct way would be not only submitting an error report, but accompany the complete name with credit. In this way you get the full credit, while the original submitter could still get a partial credit for the incomplete but still correct name.

Fourth, I've noticed a few of reports submitted by you and others are "precision-only" i.e. adds only the episodic precision for a cast/staff but not adding or modifying the information itself. Due to technical limitations this could only be done by editing the original submission directly by a few senior staffs, but Dan is fixing this right now to allow precisions to be accumulative. I'll let him to pick the right time to explain the details.

Last but the most important: you've requested to become an Encyclopedia editor for more than once. However, most of your error reports and source info provided for your submissions are either subjective ("John Doe should be a secondary character") or very difficult to double check with ("DVD credits"). In cases like YouTube and even press releases on this very website, you have never (in my memory; maybe you had but I was not lucky enough to see them) provided URL to save our time; rather, you simply stated "YouTube video" or "Funimation press release." This makes working with your credits very time consuming and exhausting; if you were us, would you invite someone who unnecessarily increases your workload to become your coworker?

Oh, and there's one more thing: your statement in this post pretty much vetoed yourself:

This ultra-America-centric -- almost xenophobic in my eyes -- attitude makes me afraid to hand you the access to handle Encyclopedia credits.

It is not saying you can never become part of the teamwork. You have been around for more than three years and I believe you are capable to learn and improve yourself, notably the points I mentioned above. By then I assure you that we'll welcome you -- as long as you are still interested to this rather boring "job."
