They sure are unique, I will say that. One way I always like to describe their music is, just imagine if you were to wrap up all the creativity of Lewis Carroll and turn it into a music act, what you'd pretty much get is Ali Project. For some reason whenever I hear their music I think of Alice in Wonderland because of all the craziness and the whimsical sound effects and the mood of their songs.

I don't have a lot of experience, but I've enjoyed some of what I've heard. That's chiefly "Coppelia's Casket", "Lunar Eclipse Grand Guignol" and "Tomorrow's Eve" so I can't speak to their general merit, but they have a slightly abrasive, eccentric, lyrically abstract style that I like. Mind you, my favorite singers tend to be people whom many think can't sing, so I'm clearly judging from the long tail.
