Story

6th year of Kyouho (1721).

A petition box was established by the decree of the 8th Shogun, Tokugawa Yoshimune. At the request of one contribution, the Shin-nakamachi Magistrate's Office, also known as the Bug Magistrate's Office, was established.

Tsukishima Jinbe, a man aiming to be “a warrior who keeps winning until the day he dies”, left his hometown in Tsugaru province to take up his new post at the Bug Magistrate's Office in the great city of Edo.

Jinbe didn't know what his new post would entail, but being energetic and incredibly strong were his good points. Once in the city of Edo, he comes to meet friends with unique personalities, the honest and cute city girls… and a frightening giant bug?!

Episode 1: Tsukishima Jinbe arrives!
You are always on a battlefield! Tsukishima Jinbe aims to be “a warrior who keeps winning until the day he dies”, and volunteers for the new post at Edo's Bug Magistrate Office. There, Jinbe and his unique friends: the lone and talented swordsman, Mugai; the explosive female ninja, Hibachi; the assassin, Shungiku; and the Onmyouji, Tenma begin their fight to protect the peace of the city!

Characters

	Tsukishima Jinbe VA: KENN Jinbe is a passionate man who's honest to a fault, and the son of the Tsukishima-style Dojo in the Tsugaru province. He's a frank and simple man who aims to become the strongest warrior as he works hard at his new post in the Bug Magistrate's Office.
	Oharu VA: Satomi Akesaka She's the daughter of “Shunkashuutou” (The Four Seasons), a tea shop near the Bug Magistrate Office, and she runs it with her grandfather. Jinbe rescued her when he first came to Edo, and she's held affection for him ever since.
	Hibachi VA: Rumi Okubo She's one of the constables at Bug Magistrate Office and she's the decedent of a ninja clan that focused on explosives, making her a specialist with explosions.
	Mugai VA: Takuma Terashima One of the constables at Bug Magistrate Office, and a specialist in bug extermination. He's quiet and doesn't communicate with his friends much, but his skill is unmatched and he's considered a genius with his sword. He's also very strong.
	Koikawa Shungiku VA: Takuya Eguchi One of the constables as the Bug Magistrate Office, and a slashing specialist. He usually carries around a bottle of sake and acts aloof, but he has a fierce swordarm.
	Ichinotani Tenma VA: Yuu Serizawa One of the constables at Bug Magistrate Office. He's a defense specialist, who uses shikigami by drawing from the flow of the Tsuchimikado Family who controls onmyoudou.
	Matsunohara Kotori VA: Mamoru Miyano He's the one who brought Jinbe to Edo, and with his rank as head of the municipal police force to keep Jinbe and the other constables together at Bug Magistrate Office.
	Tsukishima Genjuurou VA: Rikiya Koyama Head of the Tsukishima-style dojo in Tsugaru province, and Jinbe's father. Until eight years ago, he was a proud warrior of great renown and taught swordsmanship in Tsugaru.
