| Battle Royale (manga) | God dammit. /ragequit ----- Battle Royale is like a mix between Eden and Gantz, taking the worst traits of each. It's like Gantz in the sense that everyone is constantly dying purely for shock value, and like Eden in the sense that everyone cool, scratch that--not an asshole, doesn't live past their first appearance. It also reminds me of Tenjou Tenge due to the unlikeable cast of assholes and overly drawn-out story full of stupid flashbacks. Chalk this one up as another DO NOT WANT. |
