Singapore's Anime Festival Asia Announces Guest Lineup

Singapore's Anime Festival Asia has announced its guest lineup for this year's event, which will take place on November 13 and November 14. Five musical acts who have worked on anime will perform on both days of the festival for a concert titled "I Love Anisong." On November 13, musicians JAM Project (Super Robot Wars, MazinKaiser) — in their first Southeast Asian concert — and Ichirō Mizuki (Mazinger Z, Voltus 5) are scheduled to perform. November 14 will include performances from Scandal (Bleach, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood), angela (Asura Cryin', Fafner), and May'n (Macross Frontier, Shangri-La).
Other guests include voice actress Kana Hanazawa, who has played roles such as Suou Pavlichenko in Darker than Black: Ryūsei no Gemini and Kasumi Ishiki in King of Thorn, and cosplayer KANAME☆. Special guests for the festival are the Tantei Opera Milky Holmes voice actresses Suzuko Mimori, Sora Tokui, Mikoi Sasaki, and Izumi Kitta, and blogger-turned-anime producer Danny Choo.
The festival will feature the Singapore premiere of the Mobile Suit Gundam 00 the Movie: A Wakening of the Trailblazer film.
