Japanese Animation DVD Ranking, June 1-7

Document of Rookies ~Sotsugyō, the documentary for the live-action feature film based on Masanori Morita's Rookies manga, sold 3,092 more copies to add to its total of 21,655. The DVD rose back up to #10. At #24, the Rookies Ura Box for the live-action television adaptation sold 1,997 more copies for a total of 56,311. Both DVD releases were buoyed by the theatrical release of Rookies ~Sotsugyō, which is the #1 movie in Japan for the second week in a row. The fourth volume of the live-action special-effects series Ultra Seven sold 2,743 copies to debut at #11.
