Japanese Anime TV Ranking, April 6-12

Two Crayon Shin-chan movies aired this past weekend instead of the usual weekly television episode to ramp up anticipation for this Saturday opening of the Crayon Shin-chan: Otakebe! Kasukabe Yasei Ōkoku film. Last year's Crayon Shin-chan: Chō Arashi wo Yobu Kinpoko no Yūsha aired during Shin-chan's Friday timeslot and preempted Doraemon at 7:00 p.m. on April 10. This movie earned a 12.8 rating. Crayon Shin-chan: Bakuhatsu! Onsen Wakuwaku Daikessen marked its 10th anniversary with a April 12 broadcast at 3:05 a.m. It earned a 1.8 rating.
