Ani-Jam is Proud to Announce Cynthia Martinez as a Guest of Honor
Fresno, CA - April 3, 2013 - Ani-Jam, Fresno's premiere anime convention is proud to announce that voice actress Cynthia Martinez will be a Guest of Honor at Ani-Jam 2013 this summer.
The two-day event will be held on August 17-18 at the Valdez Hall (at the Fresno Convention Center).
Cynthia Martinez is best known for her debut role as dragon slayer sorceress Lina Inverse for the popular hit anime OVA series and movies for “Slayers”.
Cynthia has also done the voices for Kannabi-no-Mikoto for the “Air” TV series and animated film, Lily of “Bodacious Space Pirates”, Ikumi Tachikawa and Yuuka Tsukishiro for “Comic Party: Revolution” OVA and TV series, Mayu for “Elfen Lied”, Sora Negino for “Kaleido Star” OAV and TV series, Laetitia for “Madlax” TV series, Runa Tokisaka for “Nurse Witch Komugi” OVA and the special episode, Pike for “Princess Tutu”, Otome Akiyama for “Pani Poni Dash!”, Hikaru Yoshimoto for “Princess Nine”, Kaho of “Sister Princess”, Akina Nanamura for “UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie” TV and OVA series, Hikari for “This Ugly Yet Beautiful World”, Hiroko Asahina for the“RahXephon” TV series and movie, Mikako Nagamine for “Voices of a Distant Star” and many more anime series.
Cynthia Martinez joins previously announced Guest of Honors, anime voice actors Greg Ayres and Chris Patton, veteran animator and author, Aimee Major Steinberger (“The Simpsons” and “Futurama”).
