Three titles listed on February 25 on both Blu-ray and DVD

Anime Limited is listing three new titles for release on February 25 2019. They are Dagashi Kashi, Divine Gate and Haruchika – Haruta & Chika, each being released on both Blu-ray and DVD.

Dagashi Kashi has been described by Funimation:

Kokonotsu “Coconuts” Shikada dreams of becoming a famous manga artist. The only problem—he's terrible. His real talent is selling the complex and delicious snacks in his father's “dagashi” shop. He never thought much about the family business until the trendy, eccentric Hotaru showed up. As a lover of “dagashi,” she can't let his talent go to waste and decides she won't stop 'til she's sold him on sweets.

The series is based on Kotoyama's manga of the same name. Shigehito Takayanagi (Kanamemo, The World God Only Knows, Tokyo ESP) directed the series at the anime studio feel., and also supervised the series scripts alongside Yasuko Kamo (Galaxy Angel A, Kanamemo, Tokyo ESP). The scriptwriters were Kamo, Tatsuhiko Urahata, and Michiko Yokote. Kanetoshi Kamimoto (Burst Angel, Taishō Baseball Girls., Mushi-Uta) designed the characters.

The story of Divine Gate is as follows:

"No one knows when, where, or how "the gate" was created; furthermore, no one can see, touch, or access it. However, when "the gate" is opened, realms of mortals, fairies, and daemons collide, destroying world orders. While leaders of three realms try to restore orders, some talented and capable mortals begin to approach the gate, now known as "Divine Gate." Yet no one has reached the Gate and returned, however."

Noriyuki Abe (The Heroic Legend of Arslan, Bleach, GTO) is directing the anime at Studio Pierrot, and Natsuko Takahashi (My Love Story!!, Moyashimon, Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan) is in charge of series composition. Ichiro Uno (The World Is Still Beautiful) is designing the characters, and Takumi Ozawa (Aria: The Scarlet Ammo, Okamikakushi - Masque of the Wolf) is composing the music. The group vistlip (Samurai Jam -Bakumatsu Rock-, Yona of the Dawn, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's) is contributing the ending theme song "Contrust."

The original Haruchika – Haruta & Chika novels revolve around two high school students named Haruta and Chika, who are members of a concert band that is on the verge of being shut down. The two are childhood friends, and they spend their days practicing hard while also trying to recruit new members. When a certain incident happens within their school, they work together to solve it.

Masakazu Hashimoto (Tari Tari, Soul Eater Not! Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva) is directing the HaruChika: Haruta to Chika wa Seishun Suru anime at P.A. Works. Reiko Yoshida (Bakuman., K-ON!, Yowamushi Pedal, Tamako Market) is handling the series composition, Namaniku ATK (Chaika the Coffin Princess) is in charge of the original character design, and Asako Nishida (Love Live! School idol project, Vampire Knight, Angel Links) is adapting those designs for animation.
