The July issue of Kodansha's Aria magazine announced on Wednesday that Hikaru Suruga and Gun Snark's Attack on Titan: No Regrets (Shingeki no Kyojin: Kuinaki Sentaku) manga will end in the August issue on June 28. The final chapter will include a Levi clear file illustrated by Suruga. Additionally, the chapter will include color pages and the manga will be featured on the issue's cover.
Snark and Suruga launched the spinoff of Hajime Isayama's Attack on Titan manga in Aria last September. The manga focuses on Captain Levi's past, including his first encounter with Commander Erwin and how he entered the Survey Corps.
Kodansha Comics licensed the manga for a North American release last October, and the first volume is slated to ship next month.
The first volume currently has more than 500,000 copies in print in Japan. The manga's prologue caused the magazine's November 2013 issue to sell out in one week. The prologue ran again in the December 2013 issue, and the actual launch of the manga caused the January 2014 issue to also sell out. Kodansha then increased the circulation of the magazine ten-fold for the February 2014 issue.
