Niconico Chōkaigi 3 Draws 124,966 in Person, 7.6 Million Online

Nico Nico Chōkaigi 3, the convention held by the video service Nico Nico at the Makuhari Messe complex in Chiba, attracted 124,966 attendees during the April 26-27 weekend. (A person who attends both days is counted twice.) 7,595,978 people also watched the official live streams of the event on the Nico Nico service.
The event drew about 20% more attendees and about 50% more online viewers than last year's event (which had 103,561 attendees and 5,094,944 online viewers).
Next year's event will be held at Makuhari Messe again during the April 25-26 weekend.
