Monolith Soft & Xenoblade Staffers Show 1st Gameplay from New Wii U Game

Friday's live-streamed Nintendo Direct presentation unveiled new footage from Monolith Soft's new title for Wii U.

Monolith Soft announced last year that at least two of the staff members are from Squaresoft's Xenogears game and Monolith Soft's subsequent Xenosaga trilogy: Monolith Soft head Tetsuya Takahashi (Xenoblade Chronicles) serves as the executive director (or chief director) of this new game, and Kunihiko Tanaka (Ichigeki Sacchu!! HoiHoi-san, Key the Metal Idol, Ruin Explorers, Sands of Destruction) is designing the characters. Joining them is musical composer Hiroyuki Sawano (Blue Exorcist, Sengoku Basara - Samurai Kings, Mobile Suit Gundam UC).
