Danchi Tomoo Anime Slated for April 6

Japanese public broadcaster NHK's official website for the anime adaptation of Tobira Oda's Danchi Tomoo comedy manga updated with the anime's premiere date. The anime will debut on Saturday, April 6, at 9:30 a.m. on NHK's general channel.

The manga centers around the daily life of TOMOO Kinoshita, a fourth-grade boy who lives in an apartment complex with his mother and big sister. With his father away on a long-term work assignment, TOMOO gets into one misadventure after another with his friends, classmates, and other people in his complex.
