Ixion Saga DT Fantasy Anime's 1st Trailer Streamed

The official website for Ixion Saga DT (Dimension Transfer), the upcoming anime adaptation of CAPCOM's Ixion Saga online fantasy action PC game, has posted the first promotional trailer for the series.
The main cast for the series was also revealed at a press conference on Thursday:
- Kon Hokaze: Takuya Eguchi
- Erekupairu Dukakis: Hiroshi Kamiya
- Sandgren: Kazuya Nakai
- Princess Ecarlate: Shiori Mikami
- Pet: Yoshimasa Hosoya
- Variasion: Yūki Kaji
- Leon: Tomokazu Sugita
- Gustave: Kenichi Suzumura
- KT: Mitsuki Saiga
- Mysterious Woman (Alma Flora): Ryoko Shintani
In addition to the previous announcement that Shinji Takamatsu (Gintama) will be directing the anime at Brains Base, Akatsuki Yamatoya (Gintama, Heroman) was announced as responsible for series composition as well as screen writing, and Shinji Takeuchi (Gintama) was revealed to be the character designer and lead animation director for the series. Junpei Fujita and Hitoshi Fujima from Elements Garden (Bodacious Space Pirates) will work on the title's music, and the band Golden Bomber will collaborate with the series for its theme song.
The game and anime follow Kon Hokaze, a boy who embarks on a journey from our world to an alternate world known as Mira, which is full a mysterious energy known as Alma. After saving Princess Ecarlate from attackers, he soon finds himself in the middle of a struggle around Alma.
Two manga adaptations of the title are scheduled to begin simultaneously in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine and Ichijinsha's Comic Zero Sum, while a light novel based on the series is also slated to be released by Kodansha. The series will first be previewed at a "Special Premium" showing on September 23.
