Bunny Drop's Unita to Launch Yokke Kazoku Manga Series

Manga creator Yumi Unita (Bunny Drop) revealed on Monday that her new manga series, the tentatively titled Yokke Kazoku, will run in Takeshobo's Manga Life Original magazine. A preview of the new series also appears in the magazine's July issue on Monday. Unita added that she is excited that she is returning to the magazine after a long time away.
Unita's Usagi Drop began serializing in Shodensha's Feel Young magazine in 2005 and ended in April 2011. Yen Press is publishing the manga in North America. A television anime adaptation aired in Japan from July to September 2011, and the live-action film version opened in Japan last August.
Unita also launched the manga series Itohen in Shodensha's Feel Young magazine on March 8, and the design essay manga series Gara Labo in Kodansha's Digital Kiss online magazine on January 25.
