More of the 5th Annual Seiyū Award Winners Announced

The organizers of the 5th Annual Seiyū Awards announced the second round of winners on Tuesday.

Kazue Takahashi Award

Award for the female performer who broadens the profession of voice acting in every form of media
Mayumi Tanaka

Kids/Family Award

Award selected from the point of view of children
Junko Takeuchi

Synergy Award

Award for maximizing the appeal of voice-acting in a work as a whole
Detective Conan - Minami Takayama

Overseas Fans Choice Award

Award selected from the point of view of overseas fans

The first set of winners, including the Special Merit Award, the Merit Awards, and the Kei Tomiyama Award, were announced last Wednesday. The remainder of the award winners will be announced during a ceremony at the Tokyo Anime Center in the Akihabara otaku shopping district on March 5.
