Bandai delays

Jerry Chu of Bandai has confirmed that Blue Submarine No. 6 is delayed on Cartoon Network until October due to production issues. The First Outlaw Star DVD Collection has also been delayed until October due to unforeseen circumstances. Each subsequent volume will be released on a bi monthly basis (October - Dec - Feb).
