The 36th issue of Shueisha's Shonen Jump magazine is revealing on Monday that the Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster game for the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita systems will feature approximately 60 remixed music tracks of Nobuo Uematsu's original Final Fantasy X soundtrack, and Noriko Matsueda and Takahito Eguchi's original Final Fantasy X-2 soundtrack. In addition, the magazine is also confirming that both the PlayStation 3 and PS Vita versions of the games will feature trophy support.
Final Fantasy X|X-2 HD Remaster for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita are slated for release in Japan, the United States and Europe this year. The PS Vita versions will be released separately while the PS3 version will bundle both games together. Those who pre-order the PlayStation 3 version will get a limited-edition artbook with the game. Final Fantasy X will have the added elements of the International version, but Square Enix has not yet decided whether to include the elements of Final Fantasy X-2 International version.
The original Final Fantasy X game shipped in North America in 2001, and the sequel shipped in North America in 2003.
