Right Stuf to Print Former Tokyopop Title Bizenghast's Vol. 8

The North American distributor Right Stuf announced on Tuesday that it is partnering with Tokyopop and author M. Alice LeGrow to release the eighth volume of LeGrow's Bizenghast graphic novel series exclusively through Right Stuf. The first print run of the volume will ship in late July 2012. The volume will retail for US$15.99. Those who pre-order the volume will receive a bonus postcard. LeGrow had previously mentioned that the eighth volume of the series would be the final volume.
LeGrow launched the Bizenghast series in 2005 with Tokyopop after she won the second round of Tokyopop's Rising Stars of Manga competition in 2004. Tokyopop published seven volumes in the series as part of its "Global Manga" program before the company shut down its North American publishing division last May.
Right Stuf and Tokyopop announced earlier this month that they are collaborating with publisher Gentosha Comics to release the third volume of Hidekaz Himaruya's Hetalia manga series, and to re-release the first two volumes of the series.
