Vocaloid idol available as downloadable content in PS3 game shipping this week
Thanks to copies of The IDOLM@STER 2 PlayStation 3 game shipping before its formal Thursday release date, in-game videos are now online. One video features the Vocaloid idol singer Hatsune Miku, a downloadable content option for the game. (Hatsune Miku's dancing begins at the 2:14 mark.)
In the original Xbox 360 version of the game, the player manages the careers of 10 aspiring Japanese idol singers as a producer. The Xbox 360 version of the sequel inspired the recent television anime series that Crunchyroll is streaming in several countries as it airs in Japan.
