U.S. Ratings Board Lists Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart for PC

The Entertainment Software Rating Board lists Idea Factory's Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart for release on the PC and PlayStation Vita.
The ESRB listed Hyperdimension Neptunia: Re;Birth 2 for PC in December.
Idea Factory will ship Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart for the PlayStation Vita on February 24 in North America and February 27 in Europe. Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart is a spin-off of the Hyperdimension Neptunia video game series, featuring Noire as the main character.
NIS America released the Hyperdimension Neptunia and Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 games in North America. Idea Factory published Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1, the remake of the first Hyperdimension Neptunia game, in North America and Europe for the PlayStation Vita in August and on Steam last week.
