Hopefully, this is the appropriate thread for my query.
Is there a limit to the number of characters in a forum posting? I ask because I am unable to post a moderately lengthy message to this BBS. --------------------------------------- According to my Open Office Writer program, there are in excess of 3,200 characters (it didn't SEEM so large as I was typing it up.....) |

You are getting that because you are on Moderated status, which means that yours posts are subject to Moderator approval before appearing in the forums, and you were trying to look at them before they had been cleared. You are on Moderated status because your first few post were basically just foul-mouthed insults. This one and the one you posted recently in the soccer-related thread were reasonable, so they were cleared. Keep that up and you will eventually be taken off of Moderated status. |
