I wish there was a non-facebook option
plus wouldn't that limit the kind of titles they offer?
also, where did the editor get the list of titles? I wonder how many of these are offered elsewhere

Looks like only the first volume or so is available for "purchase" with the "comic power" points you get for commenting and reviewing.
The rest of the manga is ~$6 a volume worth of facebook points.
Well, good luck there. I suppose that somewhat helps the "we want more than a chapter of free preview" people though...

Are there any plans to expand to other regions? There are people in other regions who'd be willing to purchase these titles (for example me).

The public they can get is kinda small:
-Not everybody has Facebook.
-Print fans won't buy this.
-You have to pay for it (for the volumes 2 and up, if im correct.) and
I think people who read on a PC/MAC read scanlations, and don't pay for their manga.

There are several, but it's just that none of these services have the same titles because of contracts (most likely).
There are also thousands of illegal sites, but you know how mad those are

You forgot to mention even if someone does meet all these requirements they have to live in a certain country in order to purchase it which further limits the number of potential customers

I checked it out the other day, and it was okay.
But the lack of a full screen option kind of killed it for me, if they add that I may check out some of the titles.

Why not just get Jmanga or something similar? Is it because they dont have the titles you are looking for?

oohh ok, didn't know that
But maybe that's why it's pretty cheap. Less coding and just more work to try and get manga / novels.
