According to the article, whether transcribed from the source or is the writer's interpretation, Aikawa from Prunus Gil is a boy. As far as I know it hasn't been conclusively determined what sex she is. In fact the charm of the series I found was that you don't know. The only evidence that Aikawa is male is because she says she is.
