You've seen it already in the future? Could you tell me about it?

I'm shocked. It looked significantly less awful than I expected. Not good, but less awful than expecdted. Might be worth the bandwidth.

siken is the sort of person who doesn't believe the sun will rise until the next day, when it actually rises.
That's my half-assed proverb.

Well it doesn't matter if he was talking about it in a good or bad way. He has never seen it. Techniclly this topic is suppose to be about the trailer and not the movie. -Shrugs.-

um...I don't watch DBZ or original whatever, and the only memories I recollect are from horrible saturday morning versions, but I do not recall any of them shooting guns in the show. I saw a sword once, but that was about it. I mean, wasn't Bulma just an engineer?
Still, it looks like the battles are much faster than in any of the shows, so that's a plus.
And, uh, where's Vegeta?

The trailer was much better than I expected. Even though they pretty much changed everybody's personality, this movie might even be decent.

The movie's based on the first half of the series, not the second half.

This movie is Dragonball, not Dragonball Z. Vegeta isn't in it.
The special effects are pretty good, but there are 3 things I don't like:
1. Dragonballs being made by "Mystics."
2. Goku not being very confident. He is supposed to be really carefree and live for the challenges of fighting newer and more powerful foes.
And one other thing that they mentioned a while back, Mai. In the anime series, Mai was a henchwoman of Emperor pilaf, but here they made her follow Piccolo.
Other than that, it looks pretty interesting...

I don't think Vegeta was ever in Dragonball.

Dragonball is one of those anime series you can look back on and ask yourself why i did watch that? Enjoy your crappy movie.

Lol, Justin Chatwin looks more like a ' Vegeta' (especially when it comes to his angry look and the receding hairline) then a ' Goku'.

Ah. My apologies. According to wiki, he appeared in ep. 6 of DBZ and ch. 204 of the manga. My bad. Told you I wasn't big on Dragonball.
Feels like it's going to be like Speed Racer. In that it'll require some serious suspensions of things, eg. beliefs
