Japan Nite is back once again! This time out, Pretty Booka, The Emeralds, ketchup mania, detroit7, The Beaches, and Scandal (not the Scandal that sang "The Warrior" in the '80s, sadly
 ) will be hitting NYC, Cambridge MA, Chicago, Seattle, Denver, San Fran, LA, and of course, Austin, TX, for this year's South By Southwest. More info here:

Well at least this time they have most of the bands playing in Seattle, as opposed to last year where only three made the trip up the coast. I ended up going to San Francisco to see the five band lineup. Anyways, won't be at any of the gigs for this year's tour - I'm going to be in Japan... Which means I won't be seeing these bands there because they're in North America!
