The Japanese release date is October 8, so maybe it'll drop on the same day other places. It's one of the handful of non-sequel new shows I plan to sample. I'm a sucker for monster school settings. Enjoyed Rosario + Vampire back in the day but not sure it would stand up to a rewatch.

The trailer makes it look like a fun time plus monster schools are still a relatively rare setting wise so count me in.

That was a fun first episode. It got everything I hoped for with a weird school, a lively class full of yokai and a teacher who is scared of his student but is trying his best despite that. Said teacher having special powers and the OP showing that he can go mad shit bonkers like he is possessed makes me even more interested.

Yeah, with the second episode it is clear that the show is going to be a dumb fun romp. Nothing particularly amazing but it is making the most of the premise and being a teacher in a very foreign environment. The physical examns being such an event is a fun example.
